User Management Module
This module allows either the Administrator, or a site visitor (or both) to create a user profile within a secure area of the website. The Administrator then has the ability to secure the site to restrict access only to various parts of modules based on user permissions. The Administrator can also setup default permissions to be applied at registration, along with the ability to switch off permissions on individual user accounts. The module is ideal for managing repeat customers and restricting access to certain pages within the website to specific clients. There is also a lost password functionality in this module. While not a requirement, we recommend this module if you are integrating other functionality to your site, as it enhances the functionality of several of the Group B Modules.
Multiuser Security Module
This module allows multiple users to simultaneously access Orbit and make changes using their own Login Details. Levels of access can be set by the Orbit Administrator, which is useful for a site being managed by more than one user, but where the Administrator wants to restrict access to certain areas or wants to review content before it goes live.

All data and images will be loaded and managed through the Seekom Administrator area. Credit card details are logged and kept in the Seekom system. Used for reservations systems such as hotels, car rental companies etc. Saves time and effort through only having to maintain data in one location.
Contact Management Module (CRM)
This module allows CMS users to maintain contact information on their clients. The Administrator can define any number of fields that they wish to record information on. This Module integrates with the Newsletter Module to send out email. This module allows the site owner to track client contacts by writing notes about telephone conversations or other client interactions. It also integrates well with the reporting module to create customer specific reporting. Contact details in the CRM are able to be exported for use in other business applications via the Reporting module, which means that the site owner only needs to keep contact details up to date in one centralised location.

This module also creates thumbnail versions of the image for display within a page. Clicking on a thumbnail launches the Photo Gallery with navigation (Next, Previous, First and Last). The Photo Gallery also has a slideshow function. Photo Gallery can also display movies – it will extract the first frame of a movie to display as an image (requires FF-MPEG to be installed on server) otherwise it displays a movie icon. This module is ideal for users who are not comfortable with image manipulation.

Products are listed as title and summary description only with a link to a full size image and product description. This module is ideal for when an Administrator wants to manage / update multiple products online. This module can be coupled with the Shopping Cart module and Payments Gateway module to create a full Ecommerce solution.

The visitor can review cart contents at any time and can remove or amend product quantities prior to checkout. This module also has the option to display ‘up-sells’ or ‘specials’ as part of the checkout process. When the shopper is ready they submit their order for processing, the order is then stored in the database for offline processing or it can be integrated to a payments gateway.
