Facebook & Twitter |
Have you already taken the plunge and set up a Facebook page and Twitter account? If you have make sure you tell as many people about it so that they become a Facebook Fan and a Twitter follower. One way of effectively doing this is having a Facebook & Twitter image on your website that links through to your account.
I will say though that you should only have a link on your website if you are active with Facebook and Twitter. You don't want to drive people to your accounts if nothing much is happening.

Are you due for a facelift? |
The Limelight Online website has been live for over a year now and is going to be having a facelift. Nothing too major but you will certainly notice a difference. One of the main things we are looking at is showcasing our portfolio of website designs in a higher profile format.
Have you had a good look through your website recently? Most websites need an update of some kind certainly within two years of the initial design. The world of the internet is a constantly moving target and in order to keep at the forefront your website needs to move as well. If not, your customers could be going to your competitor.
We offer a free review of your website so if you are keen to find out what we suggest then please contact us.

Link Requests |
Nearly every day I receive linking request emails. I know a lot of you do as well as you ask us what you should do with them. This is what we suggest:
DELETE THEM!
These requests come from automated link buildings services and really are not worth the time of day. You may end up on a link farm page with some not-so-great linking neighbours on a site that isn't relevant to yours at all.
Getting links to your site is not easy and it very time consuming. For all of our Search Marketing clients this is part of our monthly work on your website.
